Verified Provider Terms and Conditions

 

Eligibility:
  • New accounts are eligible to receive the “verified provider” sticker upon the purchase of Syndeo or Elite and initial consumables.
  • Initial consumable orders must include a minimum of three different boosters to qualify for the program.
  • Existing accounts:
    • Must follow official Hydrafacial treatment protocols
    • Must offer 3 different boosters to their clients
    • Must offer Hydrafacial visibility in clinic and online
    • Must complete all relevant trainings
    • Must be part of loyalty program
Hydrafacial Visibility:
  • Clinics and providers participating in the program must ensure that the Hydrafacial brand is clearly visible in their clinic premises.
  • Online visibility is also required, and participating providers must prominently display the Hydrafacial brand on their website and social media platforms.
Verification and Reassessment:
  • Verified provider status is subject to annual reassessment.
  • Participating providers will be reassessed yearly, and updated pack will be provided as deemed fit by Hydrafacial.
Verified Provider Pack Distribution:
  • Upon meeting the eligibility criteria, providers will receive the “verified provider” welcome pack for display in their clinic premises.
Non-transferability:
  • The Verified Provider accreditation and associated materials cannot be transferred or sold to any other party.
Compliance:
  • Participating providers are required to comply with all terms and conditions of the program.
  • Failure to comply with the program requirements may result in the revocation of verified provider status.
Termination:
  • Hydrafacial reserves the right to terminate or suspend the participation of any provider in the program at its discretion.
  • Termination may occur due to non-compliance with program terms, changes in business circumstances, or for any other reason deemed necessary by Hydrafacial.
Changes to Terms:
  • Hydrafacial reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Providers will be notified of any changes to the terms and conditions, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
  • By participating in the Verified Provider Program, providers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
